Oulanka River Canoeing - Upper part

Images from destination

Paddlethrough the stunning canyon, enjoy the tranquility of the meandering floodplains, and take in the rich natural and cultural heritage of the Oulanka National Park.

The route includes the Taivalköngäs rapids, which must be bypassed on land. Clear signage and a designated canoe chute (approximately 100 metres) make it easy to transport your canoe safely around the rapid.

This route offers an extraordinary opportunity to connect with nature and create lasting memories.
