approach the winter lake plunge with confidence.
After the cold water, you may restore warmth in the heat of a sauna — or you
can choose to awaken your inner sauna with a heart-friendly exercise.
What to take with you: a swimming suit
**Important information:
Cold water swimming (ice swimming / cold plunge) involves exposure to extreme cold and carries inherent risks, including cold shock, hyperventilation, slipping, hypothermia and cardiac stress. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Guests must be in good health and must not participate if suffering from heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by cold exposure. Alcohol or intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited before or during the activity. All safety instructions given by staff must be followed at all times. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation for safety reasons.
