USEFUL INFORMATION
ROOM KEYS
There is one room key for each guest room.
We recommend leaving your key at reception while you’re out. There’s a charge
of 90 € for a lost room key. When leaving your room, always check that the door
closes properly.
HEATING
All our rooms have underfloor heating. Our
heating system is based on fossil-free and carbon-neutral energy produced by
our pellet heating plant. The room temperatures are centrally regulated and
monitored. Do not try to adjust the temperature using the thermostat in your
room. If you feel that your room is too hot or too cold, contact the front
desk.
WATER
Our tap water is of good quality, free to
use and safe to drink. Should you wish to have bottled water instead, you can
buy it from the front desk. We can also fill your thermos with hot water to
bring to your room.
ALCOHOL POLICY
In Finland, it is illegal to bring your own
beverages into a licensed restaurant. You can only consume drinks purchased on
site in our restaurant and bar area.
SMOKING POLICY
All our rooms and public areas are
non-smoking, including the guest room balconies. Smoking is only allowed on the
main building’s outdoor terraces.
